FeazAI is an analytical app for monitoring publicly observable clinical trial, regulatory, sponsor, and related public-source activity. This notice describes the data the FeazAI iOS app and this website handle, and what we do not do.
What FeazAI is built on
The working set inside the app is drawn from public sources:
- Public clinical trial registries, including ClinicalTrials.gov and the EU Clinical Trials Register.
- Public sponsor, regulatory, and source material — disclosures, releases, registry updates, and publicly available references.
FeazAI does not use, ingest, or display patient-level data, and does not use non-public, confidential, or insider information.
Sign-in
Sign-in is optional. You can use some FeazAI features without signing in. If you choose to sign in, we use your account identifier to sync a small set of personal preferences across your devices (see "Synced preferences" below) and to support account deletion requests.
Data stored on your device
The FeazAI iOS app caches public-source data locally so the app remains responsive and usable. Local cached data remains on your device unless removed by deleting the app or using available in-app or iOS storage controls.
Synced preferences
If you are signed in, the following user preferences may sync to your account so they are available across your devices:
- Favorites
- Tracked items
- Saved searches
- Watchlist preferences
These items are preferences and references to public records — they do not contain patient data, confidential information, or personal information beyond what is needed to identify the public records you have chosen to track.
AI-assisted features
FeazAI includes AI-assisted features such as similarity analysis and structured summarisation of public registry and source material. These features operate on the public-source content described above. AI outputs may include confidence indicators, reasoning, or source context where available. AI output is not medical advice, regulatory advice, or a clinical claim.
Website waitlist
If you submit your email through the waitlist form on this website, we use that address only to acknowledge your signup and to contact you about early access. We do not add it to marketing lists and we do not share it with third parties.
What we do not do
- We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA) or behavioural advertising.
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing.
- We do not handle, store, or process patient-level health data.
- We do not use non-public, confidential, or insider information.
Service providers
To operate the app and website, we rely on a small set of standard service providers — including hosting, authentication for optional sign-in, and the public registry and source endpoints listed above. These providers act on our behalf and do not receive personal data for their own marketing purposes.
Account deletion
You can delete your FeazAI account from within the app:
More → Settings → Account → Delete Account
When account deletion is confirmed, the app calls our server to delete the authenticated user's account and associated app data. On success, the app clears the local session, signs the user out, and returns to the signed-out state.
You can also contact [email protected] for data or privacy questions. Local cached data is removed when you uninstall the app or use available in-app or iOS storage controls.
Children
FeazAI is intended for professional, research, and informational use. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.
